Steve is the founder and president of Marketplace Properties, LLC. He has been successfully selling and leasing properties for over 20 years. Steve has also held several leadership roles in various Realtor organizations and numerous civic groups. Steve graduated from Portsmouth Abbey and then from Providence College in 1982. Since this time he has taken many additional real estate courses at Boston University, Harvard, CCIM, and various Realtor related courses.

Sharyn joined Marketplace Properties in 2000 bringing 13 years of real estate related experience. Sharyn has experience in property management, accounting and asset management for a large developer and smaller property management firms. Sharyn has a degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Geological Science from Orange Coast College, in Southern California. She has been involved with the Student Safety Task Force with the Newport Department.
